They promise you the world to get you in and then switch everything on you.

Cons

Absolutely overworked. Upper management doesn’t know what they are talking about. Policies change all the time and they don’t know what direction to go in. No one is on the same page. No room for growth. It’s just a horrible work experience stay away. Zero work life balance I mean zero

-Solid pay base pay -Remote opportunities for hq employees -Making fun of the company coming up with “the mean tomato” as its pizza brand

Cons

-Uninspiring senior leadership -the worst of Amazon culture (the former Amazon folks are first to point this out!) -significantly over valued -lack of trust or ownership for anyone under the VP level -extreme micromanagement -if I had $100,000 dollars to invest in scratch off tickets or gopuff I would choose scratch off 10/10 times
