      Pros

      Work from home and decent discount for the trashy app. Peers were great.

      Cons

      I was poached from Amazon thinking this would be a revolutionary organization. In reality, frequent layoffs, top heavy with managers (no advancement), no solid direction, stop and go organization with very little foresight and creativity. They throw things at the wall like bakery and kitchens, hoping to somehow reduce opex. They'll never be profitable.

      Cons

      No team, your ageist your teammates and racing them to get the orders. Management watches cameras actively and daily when there not there to micromanage and call your personal cell phone to get a hold of you.

      It was a fast hiring process.

      Cons

      I never received pay for my hours. A few days shy of month after separation, one of the recruiting staff told me I would be paid the next Friday and the direct deposit never appeared. Then they never answered my follow-up email requesting to be connected with someone in HR/payroll for additional assistance. GoPuff’s recruiting team also offered one pay rate then tried to change it after I had already signed the agreement and arrived for my first meeting on site.
