Meeting some awesome people.

Cons

Things aren’t always organized in the warehouse where people tend to just sit around and wait for someone to mention a task so their not looking stupid.

Pros

Gopuff has treated me very well. Got the position as a driver to earn some extra income, and the team pulled me in. The moral and teamwork in the company is unparalleled. I was promoted quickly to operations manager and respected for my work ethic.

Cons

Worst situation is when the order volume exceeds expectations and the team isn’t ready for it. When that happens, everyone works together to handle the problem, and work it until there is a solution
