      Pretty good for a start up company!

      Pros

      Employee discounts; flexible scheduling; geared more towards a younger population (college campuses but it is expanding); as a operations manager you have the freedom to have responsibility and be entrusted with running shifts mostly on your own with the help of your general manager and head quarters. It's a Innovative start up that is growing rapidly. You do get a okay hourly wage but it could be better. Also they only offer health benefits at this time which is crucial but I wish they offered other benefits like PTO, and full dental and vision coverage too, as well as, a 401k plan.

      Cons

      Plan to pay your managers more, and include full benefits as I mentioned previously.

      Pros

      Laid back, cool co workers, very fast paced work environment so if that’s what you enjoy, like me, then that’s good.

      Cons

      Manager is a condescending waste of space. She used to be amazing but I don’t know what happened. She basically comes in and then says “okay well I’m gonna go do this” and then doesn’t even come back for a few hours and leaves again and maybe comes back. But is basically never there for longer than 30 minutes. She doesn’t listen to problems only wants them solved but won’t help work towards a solution.
