      Up and coming environment Lots of GREAT talent Awesome mentors to learn from Young/Entrepreneurial mood

      Cons

      Hours can tough because of start-up environment, but overall we're working towards a larger goal so easy to look past this.

      Pros

      I've been working here since the beginning of the year and it is by far my favorite job I have ever had. It is a fast paced, and inventive environment that allows it's employees to thrive and to grow. Would highly recommend this company to anyone, entry or experienced!

      Cons

      There are no cons in my opinion to this company, it is amazing!

      Pros

      Good business idea; fast paced, lots of work to do. Decent pay for the area, though not when considering responsibilities.

      Cons

      Managers shouldn't be taking more deliveries than drivers; general managed need more training; independent contractor designation for drivers is stupid and you have no control over the drivers;
