      Company has promise, but leadership and strategy is all over the place

      Good salary + stock Lots of challenging work, lots of customers Great smart colleagues in engineering - no jerks

      Cons

      leadership doesn't inspire confidence and inspire in general multiple recent rounds of layoffs and reorgs founders say we are in a very strong financial position, laugh at the competition, and then do a huge layoff a month later and close a bunch of warehouses

      Nothing - the company will lie to your face about the job prospects, the state of the business and your comp

      Cons

      0 would never go back here. The founders and a small group of insiders are playing a get rich quick scheme where they just pull as much cash from the business and self deal while running the company into the ground and conducting mass layoffs. It is a sham and a disgrace.
