      Pros

      Flexible culture, similar to working for a 7/11, communication within your area is easy

      Cons

      The hours are absolutely draining A lot of volatility A lot of turnover This is everybody in the HR department's first job Payroll is absolutely awful, salaried employee's have issues every week with payroll along with hourly and 1099 employees Insurance takes about 10x longer than it should to enroll The chain of command is still being figured out so you never know who to contact when different issues arise All employees in major roles have no experience (first job for most)

      Pros

      Young company with a lot of potentials. Very ambitious employees who are ready to put in the work to grow

      Cons

      All decision making are all handled by top management at the headquarters but some of these should be taken care by the local management, which will help them make right decisions for their city respectively
