Free snacks from shipments if the vendor messed up

Cons

All upper management (save for an extremely select few ) is set on never giving raises. ( 5years and only 3$ in raises ) Skelton crews during peak rushes Half the IT department doesn’t belong in IT Founders are running it into the ground Constant changes from one way of doing things back to the old way and then back to a new way almost monthly as the uppers think they understand ground work in their offices . You’ll be over worked and under appreciated by those who don’t see you work (all upper management)

I worked at gopuff UK for 1 year and during this time I witnessed 4 rounds of layoffs. Every quarter the Leadership (which consists of 8 men) decides to restructure and proceeds in lay offs of employees and mostly people that’s are still within theirs probation period. The decisions are made behind closed doors and the leadership behaviour in the office is extremely unprofessional.
