      Micromanage with no supervision

      Pros

      Dayshift is pretty slow Manager is pretty chill Work by myself most of the time Coworkers are nice

      Cons

      One person coverage is overwhelming on the weekends at night. RM micromanages things he doesn't know anything about. Deliveries from multiple vendors with one person coverage is hard to manage. Camera doesn't work by the back enterance inside. I don't feel safe most nights by myself.

      Cons

      The pay was low for what they expected of you. Staff was unreliable which led to overworking of the GM position. Lots of conflict from district manager and regional manager.
