      Pros

      The people at Gopuff are incredible to learn and grow from. Many are willing to support your growth and teach you the ropes.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to have co-founders, while R/Y try their best to stay aligned on priorities, their differences can shift goals and objectives quickly. Leadership is a revolving door and Gopuff has been the victim of many rounds of layoffs over the past few years.
