      Autonomy and the opportunity to meet some cool people.

      Cons

      Executives and owners have ruined the lives of many people. I watched them promote and move people across the country just to later let them go. Work life balance. Use to have to sleep in the warehouse and travel too much. Left this terrible toxic company.
