      Great camaraderie with other staff about how much we all hate gopuff.

      Pros

      Fast-paced, keeps you busy, usually great co-workers with other floor staff.

      Cons

      Management is a mess, no communication between staff tiers, needlessly cutting systems that made the job easier and implementing methods that were near impossible to achieve and added nothing to consumer experience. Regularly prioritized higher ranking staff over everyone doing the actual footwork.

      No Work Life Balance

      Not many except for pay and meeting a few good people along the way

      Cons

      No work life balance, forced to work through having covid at home for two weeks, worked nights and weekends, was constantly inundated with communication. Not a lot of clear direction and vision. Director/founders yelled and sweared constantly and overall was not a conducive or open working environment. Tons of turnover and layoffs constantly so work was getting moved or shifted around daily/weekly.

      Leadership has a difficult time making a decision. There are a lot of bullies here that play the political game to get ahead. No work/life balance.
