      Are you willing to do what it takes to succeed? Are you willing to be a team player? Are you willing to be humble? Are you comfortable being uncomfortable? If you answered yes to all of those questions, then goPuff is the company for you. If you want to punch a clock and be told what to do. goPuff is not the company for you. Work 80 hrs a week or work 20hrs a week. It's up to you. Run your business or let it run you. goPuff is for the person willing to think outside the box and put in sweat equity. Getting promoted is all about doing the right things when nobody is watching. No babysitting needed. Culture is what they are all about. A winning culture. Be the GOAT

      Pros

      Good business idea; fast paced, lots of work to do. Decent pay for the area, though not when considering responsibilities.

      Cons

      Managers shouldn't be taking more deliveries than drivers; general managed need more training; independent contractor designation for drivers is stupid and you have no control over the drivers;

      Pros

      Once city is established the job can be pretty easy

      Cons

      -Drivers are treated poorly, drivers are constantly being contracted and then they quit shorty after starting due to the business model viewing and treating them as exposable. -Paychecks could be different for employees who have all variables the same, poor pay department -The hierarchy is not clear, people who started early on in the company don't understand the complexities that it is currently facing -Culture of blame
