* Good salary and benefits * Engineering team is highly-qualified

Cons

* Engineering teams are far removed from leadership * Huge divide between ops/product/eng * Extremely top-down decision-making and "performance-driven culture" (their own words)

Pros

Some great people here, not hard to find if you do your job and work hard at it.

Cons

The leading forces in the Development organization all came from TripAdvisor and Comcast. If you don't come from either of these organizations you will not be treated as equal, you're lower. Secondly do not have family or medical emergencies. Nothing pushes back deadlines, your life, your health, family members health. Nothing.
