I get to weld a lot

Cons

Supervisors and plant managers are completely clueless when it comes to our manufacturing processes, this creates problems when trying to explain issues with equipment or product quality. Barely any ventilation from fumes in my building. And equipment is 20-60 years outdated. Raises are terrible.
