CEO is down to earth. CEO is trying to bring company into current working environment that embodies all types of people.

Cons

Departments do not work together. Environment between departments is toxic. When looking for help you can normally get a response of "Sorry that is not in my wheel house" or "that is not my responsibility". Many departments point the finger at each other instead of coming together and working on an issue.
