Pros
I genuinely enjoy the people I work with - not just the people in my department, but when you walk through the halls regardless of which department you're walking by, people are generally happy. I think that says a lot about the people they hire and the culture they strive for.
Cons
Every company has it's issues, but when I talk to other people in my life about the issues they face at their companies, I can't help but feel like I nit pick on the issues here. Overall, there's not that much to complain about.
