Gordian is a growing company with plenty of opportunities. Fairly decent pay with a great work-life balance.

Cons

There have been quite a few changes over the past couple years the have caused a few issues due to the fast growth of the company.

My fellow employees were always eager to help me out when I just started.

Cons

1) No direction from my manager. 2) Terrible communications and collaboration among the different divisions, which should be working in a synergistic manner rather than a competitive manner. 3) New employees get booed at their first company meeting. 4) Pay is inferior.

At Gordian, personal and professional development are highly valued. I joined the company as an Account Manager seven years ago and have since had the opportunity to work in different parts of the business and advance my career to my current position at the Director level. I felt supported by management and leadership along the way, and had access to all the resources I needed to continue my development. I can’t say enough about the people and the culture! It’s a great group of people who work hard, take pride in what they do, make a positive impact and have fun along the way.

Cons

We are a national companies with regional offices and remote employees across the country. Connecting with other employees, especially if you aren’t in an office, can be a challenge. That said there are opportunities to overcome geographical challenges, like our Annual Meeting. All Gordian employees come together for a days to reconnect with each other and refocus on our mission and vision.
