Pros

Always lots of food. Free sodas and coffee. Monthly lunches and birthday celebrations. Overall, the people are good and great co-workers. Good location.

Cons

Departments do not communicate effectively, so meetings turn into deflecting and throwing people under the buss. Even though the Greenville office is the Headquarters, Many Executives are not local. Double standards with respect to flex hours and working from home. Nepotism... which adds to the bad morale since those are considered "untouchable". HR is a joke. Not a good thing to do a workforce reduction while actively interviewing for open jobs.

Pros

Great, smart people (the worker-bees). Willingness of other employees to work with you as a team. The folks I worked with were all on the same page and were great to work with - included IT, sales, and product management (do-ers).

Cons

Management people that I dealt with - people at the top - like Marketing, were liars and lied to me on multiple occasions, even in front of HR. They refused to answer questions, even when asked by HR directly. Poor leadership, only care about selling the company, have no idea how to lead and motivate people.

Pros

Great associates, great culture, and great atmosphere. Don't let my Cons fool you. I still think this is a great place to work. It just needs some cleaning up.

Cons

We grew the company too quickly, causing a lot of departments and department heads to stumble over each other which created tension in certain environments. No one ever wants to take the lead when issues arise (and they often do). No matter how many times you point something out to the IT, they just ignore it. Or, that's how everyone else perceives it.
