Pros
Don’t believe the hype. They preach culture, but fail to mention it is still from the 80’s. Favoritism runs rampant and leadership has zero backbone to do anything “the family” might not like. Stop pretending to want to be a large, successful company, you are hiring people to do that for you only to ridicule them and ignore. However, keep spending $10M on your annual company “celebrations” (of which it is forced participation and the company tracks attendance) and cutting bonuses. You clearly have a pulse on what your employees want. Oh yeah - they track badge swipes too but won’t tell you. Obviously someone is only productive from a cubicle. RIFs are constant and no one outside of the 1% is protected. Notoriously underpay. They advertise their salaries inclusive of bonus opportunity but don’t make that clear. Negotiate your starting base pay and BE SPECIFIC about that! Bonus has only paid at best 60% for the Corporate plan (best plan) impoverish the last 4 years. Don’t let the lies fool you.
