Pros
The only real perk is the bonus/profit-sharing program—but even that has become a joke in recent years. Leadership loves to tout it, but the payouts hardly reflect the effort employees put in. Co-workers are great, the problem lies in management.
Cons
Where do I even begin? The leadership is incompetent, and middle management is even worse. Unrealistic goals are set, killing morale and leaving employees confused. We’re constantly told we’re doing better than last year—but somehow, we’re still not meeting expectations. The solution? “Do more with less, everyone! Thanks for all your hard work—here’s a 2% raise.” Management loves to blame the hybrid work schedule for underperformance, so naturally, it’s barely hybrid anymore—now it’s four mandatory days in the office. Meanwhile, the company parades itself as "flexible." Nothing could be further from the truth. This place is stuck in the past—change-averse, out of touch, and desperately clinging to outdated ways. They'd love nothing more than to rewind to 1970, where employees were overworked, underpaid, and expected to be grateful for it.
