      Pros

      Great work environment, the company really puts the customer first. Great teamwork. Customers are friendly. Easy job. Management cares about employees. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      The biggest complaint I have is that all positions outside of management are part time. There are no benefits for employees. Although there is a flexible schedule, due to small staffs, it is difficult to find someone to cover if you do need off.

      Pros

      Very smart company, pays for performance. You need to be quick and not get any shipping errors. Extremely succesful company, in constant growth. Employees are very well treated. There is a possibility of buying bulk food as an employee, however there are restrictions (example: can't buy franchisee products).

      Cons

      Very hard on the body, you have to drive a pallet truck and pick crates up for 10-14 hour shifts. Work schedule usually is Sun/Thurs from 6PM to between 2 and 6 PM. It is not recommended for people who want to raise a family or entertain a healthy love life.

      Pros

      Good 401K plan, healthcare benefits were competitive, but ACA has affected.

      Cons

      Has become a great big company that the Gordon family has lost touch with. Sales is a six, sometimes six & half days a week job and the company will take more. The company lacks diversity, shows plans to change employee make up, but seems to be lip service. Culture has changed from very family oriented to a purely numbers driven company.
