      Terribly low pay

      Pros

      Having regular customers-knowing them well.

      Cons

      Management all have different ways of doing things. No communication. Two faced people work there. Expected to do things that aren't in your job description. Benefits are horrible for hourly employees, no one gets them. Employees that do the work get minimal rewards, management gets the big rewards.

      Dreadful with sporadic moments of happiness

      Pros

      Good incentive program with ability to make white collar money. Amazing people on the floor with many different interests and personalities. Management is very flexible about giving time off for family/real life emergencies. Management pushes people to do the absolute best job they can.

      Cons

      Management overlooks corruption on the floor in terms of order digging or refuses to implement solutions for the problem. Equipment is falling apart and in disarray and only top performers get access to good equipment. Management only gives specific well liked employees opportunities for advancement within the company even though performance of said individuals is below par. Not enough recognition is given to employees who bust their asses on a daily basis. Management does not communicate well in terms of future plans and implementation.

      Pros

      Great equipment, transportation managers that actually care. Free uniforms, great communicators, nice facilities.

      Cons

      No profit sharing in the chain division. Kind of a scam. Low pay compared to broad-line. Make about 60-70 percent of what the competition pays. Drivers have bad attitudes, and do not seem to care. Most are waiting for the economy to improve to find other opportunities. New recruits are awful, cannot find anyone who wants the job.
