* Leadership was always candid, responsive, and accommodating * Colleagues were top tier in the respective fields * Compensation was competitive with an up-to-date comprehensive benefits package

Pros

-Leadership is great. The nature of the industry is that they tend not to be on-site but despite that they take pains to be present, approachable, and responsive. -Decent health plan, including company contributions over 2k per year for your HSA account -Pay is decent -Fun company parties and good atmosphere overall

-No 401 matching -No room for growth (partly nature of the industry)
