Pros
-Leadership is great. The nature of the industry is that they tend not to be on-site but despite that they take pains to be present, approachable, and responsive. -Decent health plan, including company contributions over 2k per year for your HSA account -Pay is decent -Fun company parties and good atmosphere overall

none, everything is terrible, they did not even follow basic humane labor laws to start out with!

They are incredibly racist!!! They did not allow me to take my breaks and got very upset when I would leave to go take my lunch at a restaurant because they wanted me to always eat in front of my computer. The staff there talked about extreme rights politics all day and would make jokes if you did not believe in the extreme right! As soon as i made a complaint about no being able to take my breaks they started acting very negative to me until they tried to let me go. Would not recommend this company to anyone if you are normal human being unless you are a dog and live out of instinct! The worst company I have worked for in my life!!!!!!!! I actually did not think a company could get this bad!!!!!!
