      The pay is not what IT should be paid

      Pros

      It’s a great stepping stone and you get actual IT experience great people to work with.

      Cons

      Bare minimum if that of what IT should be getting paid for the work done as an FSE 1 for the work experienced as a basically tier 1 IT specialist who works with government entities 20 dollars is not it.

      Cons

      Takes about 8-13 weeks to get hired due to goverment contract job. 7 year background check Finger prints And federal security background check Just be patient
