Doing is one of our key pillars to our employee success (things like corporate after hour social events, the annual corporate cricket match, holiday parties, and team-building exercises are all paramount to us). With that said, we’re also sorry to hear that you felt there was poor leadership in your division. Everyone at Goway Travel is part of the same Globetrotting family, and we are all certainly friends, which makes the appreciation for what we all do a true honour, to say the least! Our diversity in staffing and having many long-term employees are testament to a positive and supportive work environment. The team who are currently on the Goway roster are exactly the team we are looking for, today, and in the future!

Pros

The managers really took good care of their employees' well-being. They promote work-life balance and seek to provide what's best for their employees. Work-from-home since the start of pandemic and I think it will still be until the end of the pandemic. Great workplace environment and good salary

Cons

For me mostly of the cons are related to system or some process which can be improved and I see that the company's taking a huge step for that.
