Limitless opportunities, empowerment and flexibility.

Cons

Measures thought up to save sales agents time (hiring staff in Manila) have not proven effective to me. Not a good use of resources and revenue in my opinion.

Pros

Working at Goway can be a lot of fun. People are very nice and they host many work functions for new staff.

Cons

The pay is minimal and it's very difficult to make your sales targets in the first year. There is basically no room for growth. Sales staff are very under appreciated.
