Pros

They give you great flexibility, you teach on the subjects you feel most comfortable, and you work as an independent contractor.

Cons

It may take a while to be set up with students. I am still waiting to be paired however the interview/application process was great.

Pretty good if you in college or need a little bit of extra $$ and you have the smarts to do well

Cons

Not 100% reliable as far as pay. The consistency of your pay all depends on the parents, if they like, they see value in it, etc.

The burnout in sales department.... most people are gone within one year. The commission just isn't there.
