Pros
Fantastic place to work and hone my tutoring skills. I gained a lot of experience in different fields of math and science tutoring. Our center director was very flexible and understanding of my schedule. He also took the time to listen and consider all of our feedback, more than any other boss I have ever had. Administration gave timely support and constructive feedback. It is an environment where the admins will support the teachers in any way they can, and allows for the best tutoring or teaching for the students. Admin also did a great job interacting with the parents. Many grateful parents came back with gifts of appreciation for the teachers. Also great pay and snacks for the teachers. Definitely a great place to work!
Cons
Due to the nature of being an after-school tutoring center, many hours are after school hours and part time. The center also feels a little small due to the popularity of the center and how many teachers and students we have.

Pros
The staff are supportive and very caring. Tight-knit community setting with the neighborhood population they serve, and it is efficiently organized and ran. Pay was decent with opportunities for higher pay with better education.
Cons
Due to most of the work being tutoring, it is harder to obtain full-time positions, but was great for part-time income.
