      Pros

      I have very kind and helpful managers. I feel trusted and supported to teach in my own style. The system is good and effective in helping students develop.

      Cons

      I feel I could be paid more as the company can sometimes charge a student 3-4 times what I make per hour. When I am working with multiple students at once, this could get up to near 10 times.
