Pros

There really are not many as Covid seems to have made them a hot mess. Sometimes the work could be interested.

Cons

Lack of leadership especially in contracts. Utter lack of communication and very little respect for employees, especially temps. They even played praise music in Opps meetings. Utterly innapropriate.
