Working for a company that actually cares about you, and working with leadership that understands how important a work life balance is. On top of that, I am doing something that is meaningful. Being able to help students in need and making a difference is the very rewarding. Also, being able to work from home and still be present for my children. I wouldn't be able to do that going into an office.

Cons

I don't have any cons. Except some of my co-workers at my level don't seem to understand how a business runs, and are ungrateful for the benefits we do have at this company.
