Home school District communication is terrible. Local schools try and run everything rather than working with us they work against us and the students.

They have boomed in growth recently so you are given a role and you can make it into whatever you want that benefits the company

Sometimes communication within the organization is blurry.

Pros

I was promoted within the first month of being employed with graduation alliance, given raises, reasonable bonus structures, PTO, & benefits. Very understanding management that works with you. I think they really believe in their mission, which is what makes them successful

Cons

As a Coach, you need to be careful to take care of yourself to avoid burnout. Self-care! Most jobs are remote, at least for now, so you need to be comfortable being in a room by yourself most of your work day & be self-motivated.
