Got my foot in the door of what the Oil & Gas industry is.
Cons
Doesn't respect OSHA regulations (on legal matters and lack of provided PPE at the office). Late on paydays and let alone, inaccurate with the hours that were worked. (Would claim to pay those "missed" hours in the following payroll) A lot of unethical actions by management team of Midland & Pecos yard.
