Pros

There is a lot to learn. Lots of systems and technology to use and gain experience with.

Cons

Only a couple employees have stayed longer than a year. Environment can be intense but does not need to be.

Pros

Excellent technology, nice office,nice managers at Mary free bed at home.. support growth.. support growth in lapeer

Cons

Micromanaged Blamed when candidates don’t work out, pressured to come into meetings where covid testing is going on, low balled on compensation and wants you to work constantly when others in the department make more with less experienced, management is inexperienced within recruiting department... have to deal with managers that should not be part of interviews- their expertise is training.

Has it's Pros and Cons

Pros

Flexibility within my department - work/life balance, trust, respect, and some promotional opportunities, VP of Mkt allowed autonomous atmosphere - trust. She supported and empowered the team. Mkt team of designers and writers were great, very smart, accomplished, and friendly. All company buildings are very nice and atmosphere made you feel good about coming to work. Fun employee engagement events/recognition.

Cons

Immediate supervisor micromanaged and over-criticized hard work. Refused to use a system put in place as a task management tool. Projects would be delayed for months with no response by email by supervisor. Unnecessary meetings about minutia. The entire team was burnt out every day in an unsustainable work environment.
