      Pros

      Leadership is involved and engaged. A healthy company culture, leadership wants to understand employee issues and cares very much about the overall employee experience. People come to work here and they don't leave because it's a great place to work. Continuous improvement and innovation are valued. Employees are empowered and encouraged to grow and develop to their full potential; there is always a focus on the employee.

      There are many talented and hard working people who are wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      For the year 2022, after 20+ years of working for Graham Holdings, my salary increase was 2%. This at a time when inflation is 6%. Even the US government gave themselves a 2.7% raise.
