Cons

Don't care much about their employees. Company has been going downhill financially for years and they do annual layoffs of 100+ people. BEWARE.

Ability to work remote. People culture has improved since previous tyrannical leadership.

Constant reorganization. (4 major reorgs and layoffs in just as many years). Went from 4 business units to 2. Leadership not engaged until there are problems. Lack of appreciate for skills despite successes Little to no opportunity to advance Preference always given to longer term Graham employees. Frequent "demotions" vs. "promotions" Benefits: Average cost with high deductibles; Minimal vacation time.
