* most employees and management are passionate about child welfare and making things better for kids and families * there is a lot of transparency about management decisions and a lot of empathy from senior leaders, it’s a really great place to work * training and development is fantastic and they are very passionate about promoting from within and supporting staff development * onboarding training and process is fantastic

* financial resources are limited as with any other child welfare organization * salaries are low
