Pros

Steady 40 hour work week. Management leaves employees alone to perform duties.

Cons

Management has a very hands off approach, to the point where some sleep, watch movies or indulge in extra curricular activities on the job. Supervisor plays favorites , and if you have an issue the union is no help at all.

Pros

Pay and benefits are very good. It is a union shop so even in slow times, 40 hours is guaranteed.

Cons

Not all of the facilities are treated the same. They update the production control equipment, but not the computers that run it.
