Pros

Good money. Free flour. Provided uniform so you don't get your clothes dirty.

Cons

Late hours, never know when your going home. Overworked under appreciated. Good workers do all the work while lazy ones or favorites sit around and collect a paycheck.

Pros

The people are nice & there are some good benefits

Cons

they expect you to live there. Often working 7 days a week so you don't have a life outside of work. Not worth it. Pay should also be more for the job.

Long work hour

Pros

Long work hours could mean that there would be jobs to do.

Cons

Long work hours could also mean that there might not be any family time left after work. The job is also repetitive which can a plus or minus to some degree.
