Pros

Decent benefits, and basically left alone by management to perform your duties. Union shop and emphasis on safety and training is taken very seriously.

Cons

It's a environment were anything goes. Out of 3 managers, only 1 takes their job seriously. Sleeping, movie watching and extra curricular activities are allowed and only get a blind eye turned to. You will get complacent even lazy.
