Pros
Grainger is the best place to work. Grainger make sure they take care of their employees all over the world. During the pandemic Grainger went above and beyond to make sure their employees were safe and had job security. In addition, that we were able to still support our customers.
Cons
Grainger are a little higher as a distributor. However, we do provide way more products, way more branches, suppliers, customer service dept, and our sales dept to support.
