Pros

You get to work on latest technology and have to embrace them if you are inclined towards it. Great work culture and competitive pay.

Cons

Need to innovate and pressure to deliver within challenging timelines. Work life balance becomes hard to maintain.

Pros

People used to work there for many years, it was a feeling like being at home where everybody knows everybody. Used to be profit sharing plan up to 20% annually.

Cons

Too many manners, especially non-technical managers in IT, who had no idea how to manage a technical team, but knew all about internal politics. No clear career path for tech professionals. No autonomy. No independence. Very slow pace of everything. To many useless meetings.
