Pros
I do enjoy working at Grainger for many for many reason. For example, the team members are very friendly always smiling, the environment is clean and organize, the members are very supportive during the operations, my managers are willing to listen and quick to support at all times just to name a few.
Cons
I strongly believe that there is always room for improvements. As it relates to the downsides working at Grainger, there is lots more for me to learn and share some my experiences with the team so as to improve some of the present processes in order for us to be more competitive across the business network.
