      Great people, by far the best in the industry. Positive, competitive environment, a true definition of team.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Changes (ex. business write downs, lost national contracts) beyond control are not adjusted into goals which can be difficult to achieve commission when circumstances are beyond the control of the employee. High, aggressive goals.
