Pros

If you like to constantly work this is the job for you.

Cons

High turnover. Work place is terrible. Poor training. Overworked. Management constantly gives empty promises. Management plays favorites. No work life balance. One of those companies that say they’re "like a family". VP constantly disregards safety concerns for client products to make yearly numbers, against QA and MFG concerns. Working every other weekend.

Pros

Truly the most diverse workplace I've ever been a part of. Lots of hours are available as well.

Cons

Poorly managed and disorganized with systemic issues relating to inefficiencies in various processes which result many departments constantly either being behind schedule, or having absolutely nothing to do. Departments are chronically understaffed, meaning one person will often do the work of two or more. Mandatory overtime is a constant, and weekends off almost seem more like a rare gift than the default. Some of the facilities lack efficient AC, and get punishingly hot in the summer, especially when wearing required personal protective equipment. Equipment regularly breaks down for hours if not days, with little to no recourse on the part of staff to address the issue. Higher ups are unable to meet the demands of their contracts with customers, and will terminate low-level positions when contracts inevitably get pulled. This only serves to exacerbate staffing issues. Internal politics run rampant. You will not be promoted if you do not play the game. Some people in positions of power absolutely should not be. You WILL feel disenfranchised, unheard, and unimportant.

Pros

It’s a small company, lots of opportunities to learn and advance.

Cons

Work-life balance needs improvement. Can be chaotic at times.
