Pros

Profitable company who knows what it is doing. Management is smart, transparent and responsive. Strategies make sense and associate opinions are valued. Great Claims team who really is best in class!

Cons

Resources are somewhat limited from the recent RIF. Management, however, is working to remedy with more work from home flexibility and filling critical positions.
