This company only cares about leadership over their employees

Pros

Grange really works hard for Columbus charities and does a decent amount of volunteer work.

Cons

Grange values there leadership rather than their employees. They try to take initiatives like people first but it is all a front to make them look like they care. There employees are overworked and not rewarded. If your a person of color this is not the company for you, your just indirectly told to stay in your place.

In the end... a sad and disappointing experience

Pros

Ahead of the curve in terms of technology, Woefully out of touch when it comes to understanding employees and how to treat them like human beings.

Cons

A great company that used to care about their employees and encourage their success... morphed into a snake pit.
