Pros
The people you work with and for, the clients and the work you support, opportunities for advancement if you're a self-starter, ability to build skills and gain exposure to other departments or core business areas. As far as compensation, benefits are great and tenure appears to be rewarded for high-performing employees. Company is also financially stable, which is a huge plus.
Cons
Though the benefits are great, base compensation is lower than market so be prepared to negotiate and state and restate your worth. Granicus is still somewhat start-up-like or scrappy in terms of internal organization and systems so this company is not for folks who expect every problem to be figured out already.
